Levels of membership

Vision Aid Overseas has five levels of membership:

Student Membership - £10 per year
Ordinary Membership - £24 per year
Patron Membership - £72 per year
Platinum Membership - £300 per year
Titanium Membership - £700 per year

Why do we need you as a member?

• All overseas project volunteers must first be members and attend a training day (we hold one in March and one in October).
• To get involved in fundraising for Vision Aid Overseas in any way that appeals to you.
• To collect money from members of the public via our collecting boxes in your place of work. Ask for a box from the Office.
• To give talks on VAO's behalf. Please contact the office for a powerpoint presentation, DVD and literature.
• To recruit other members.
• To collect used spectacles from the public.
• To assist in the SPECSORT programme where possible, by supervising and training prison inmates.
• To generally raise the profile of Vision Aid Overseas.
